2010 Feature Stories

Africa: Tanzania

Greetings in Jesus name. The dream has come true!!!! We do have all the reasons to thank God for what he has done to make The Global Leadership Summit happen Tanzania for the first time. It was not an easy job. We must admit that God was on our side. The opposition was very high from outside and more from within. There were many people to discourage rather than to encourage, many people to curse than to bless, and many to smash that to help.

Japan: Tokyo

Over 450 leaders plus 80 some volunteers attended the 2010 Japan GLS, which launched with great enthusiasm and excitement. One of the largest churches in Japan with over 1,500 members (equivalent to 15,000 members in US), hosted the event for the first time. It has been such a blessing to see the entire church support and collaborate with others throughout the preparation. The execution was flawless. The host church worship team and New Hope Japan team shared in leading the worship.

South Africa: Johannesburg

This past weekend we experienced the GLS in Johannesburg, South Africa where we saw God answer our fervent prayers and touch the lives of His leaders. This was one of the hardest preparations we have ever experienced for the GLS in our country, but we are so grateful for the way God came through. Watching God take control of everything was such a blessing! He did way more than we could have asked! He touched lives & hearts like only he can! His "shalom" was evident in everything!
