Both organizations share a common vision, bringing stewardship training and resources to churches worldwide. This partnership helps strengthen the efforts of Willow Creek Association member churches, to build stronger communities of faith, identify and provide necessary resources and training, and help churches fulfill their ministry vision.

Willow Creek Association member churches are eligible for several unique benefits from RSI along with opportunities for training provided jointly by RSI and the Willow Creek Association. Benefits include, but are not limited to:
- 10% discount: Willow Creek Association member churches are eligible for a 10% discount on professional stewardship services or capital campaigns.
- Mission Resource: Willow Creek Association member churches may apply for RSI’s “Mission Resource” program. “Mission Resource” allows for the financing of capital campaign fees, with no up front cost. Campaign fees are not due until after the campaign celebration event.
